Afternoon mindfulness meditation sessions with Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being, 4:15-5 p.m. One-time registration covers allows access to all sessions. This week's sessions will be mix of pre-recorded sessions and meditations guided by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD.
