August 3-27: Live Mindfulness and Heartfulness Meditation
Live mindfulness and heartfulness meditation sessions with Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being for the period of August 3-27. One-time registration covers allows access to all sessions. This month's sessions are guided by Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD, and may include some pre-recorded sessions from UCSD and/or UCLA offered live on select days.

During registration, please choose the session(s) you wish to attend.

All Mondays (Aug. 3, 10, 17, 24) @ 4:15-5 pm - Mindfulness Meditation
All Wednesdays (Aug. 5, 12, 19, 26) @ 12:45-1 pm - Breathe, Take a Mindful Pause
All Thursdays (Aug. 6, 13, 20, 27) @ 4:15-5 pm - Heartfulness Meditation (emphasis on practices that cultivate positive emotions like compassion, loving kindness, gratitude and joy)
